D&D & Fantasy Portraits
A visual identity for a character you already know—from a personal campaign, original story, roleplay world, or impossible place of your own.
The Commission Studio
Come here for a character with an inner life or a deck that needs to become a coherent world. Choose as much support as the dream—and the budget—actually needs.
How this studio works
Character commissions use an artist-directed, AI-assisted process with hands-on concept development, selection, editing, compositing, and visual refinement. The work can begin with a portrait or grow into deeper character and story development.
Published ranges are starting guides—not automatic quotes. Number of subjects, complexity, revisions, usage rights, deadlines, and the condition of existing materials determine the final scope.
Practice I · Character creation & portraits
D&D characters, fantasy portraits, original characters, couples, and deeper character development. Projects typically fall between $35 and $650+. Your exact quote depends on complexity, development depth, number of characters, revisions, and usage.

Build the person as well as the picture: appearance, personality, symbolism, visual language, and the details that make them feel specific.
Couples, rivals, families, companions, and other bonds where the pose, atmosphere, and emotional dynamic matter as much as either face.
A deeper package for writers and worldbuilders: role, history, motivations, relationships, wardrobe or expression direction, and coordinated character art.
Every project receives a written quote before booking. Commercial rights, rush work, and additional revision rounds are scoped separately.

The working agreement
Inquiry and scope. We identify the deliverables, usage, timeline, and the right tier of support.
Written quote and booking. Character work normally begins with a 50% retainer; larger deck work is divided into paid phases.
Creation and focused revision. The quote states the included revision rounds and approval points.
Final delivery. Finished files and the agreed usage rights are delivered after the remaining balance is paid.
Commercial rights, copyright buyouts, rush work, and revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. Work begins only after the written scope and first payment are accepted.
